As part of my promo pack, I created a magazine cover.  The basis of most magazine covers is either an illustration or photograph. I chose to use a photograph. The image is appealing as there is a good amount of contrast between light and dark. The reader's eyes are drawn to the actor in the centre as she is wearing a brightly coloured orange skirt which stands out; a single pop of colour shines the loudest.
